Searching is fine when you know the market. When you do not, it is faster to describe what you want and let someone who does the viewings go and find it.

How it works

01
You tell us
The kind of place, the estate, your budget and when you need to be in.
02
You choose a plan
How many houses to shortlist. Pay by M-Pesa from your phone.
03
An agent shortlists
Houses that are really free, each with directions, the viewing time and who to call.
04
You pick one
Tap “This is the one” and your agent sorts the deposit and the lease.

Urban Dream Residence, Westlands, Nairobi goes on your shortlist as soon as you pay, as one of the plan’s houses.
